Which HRMS is best for AI agents?
It depends on what you need agents to do. If you want an agent to sign your team up and connect through the API, Remote scores highest (76/100), followed by BambooHR (75) and Deel (74). Remote, Deel, Keka, Rippling, Darwinbox and Gusto run remote MCP servers agents can connect to directly.
